Florian Stronk

Florian Stronk has been in the mobile games industry since the J2ME days, building and leading the mobile development and marketing teams at KONAMI that released games based on iconic IPs such as Castlevania, Silent Hill, Pro Evolution Soccer and Metal Gear.

He is co-founder and CEO of London based BRAVOCOMPANY, creators of "coffeebreak eSports" - competitive real time team multiplayer games that can be played in 4 minute sessions.

The company's  first game, Forces of Freedom (think “World of Tanks” crossed with “SOCOM”), has already attracted more than 10 million organic players  in Google Play´s Early Access.

We recently secured our Series A investment from leading investors in companies such as Facebook, Dropbox, Supercell and KING - the largest in our industry in recent years.

BRAVOCOMPANY

We are genuinely nice people who love to create high tech powered entertainment, a healthy mix of fresh talent and experienced games & tech industry veterans that share the same level of passion and ambition.

We share success and failures. We constantly look out for new learning opportunities. Areas where we find ourselves to be weak in get openly addressed and fixed.

We have an outstanding core team in place and are now carefully growing while maintaining the spirit of a start-up that has neither room for lone wolfs nor politics or unnecessary hierarchy. Leadership at BRAVOCO gets assumed based on skills and competence not on titles.

Based on breathtaking organic traction and reassuring metrics, we are fully focused on evolving Forces of Freedom into a genre defining entertainment product to be enjoyed for the years to come.

As a freshly funded Series A company we are able to provide growth opportunities in a bureaucracy-free environment to both talented and experienced individuals as well as competitive salaries and attractive equity components.

Forces of Freedom in Early access - the good the bad the ugly!

BRAVOCOMPANY’s tactical team combat game Forces of Freedom is one of the most downloaded games that was released through the Google Play Early Access collection.

In this seminar, I am going to openly share want went well and what didn't and will hopefully provide valuable insights to developers across all levels of experience.
