What do game researchers think about games? Come find out! We welcome IGDA Turku's active members to join the Nordic DiGRA 2025 game research conference 'after work' event at Saaristobaari. Nordic DiGRA 2025 brings together game researchers worldwide, and this year's theme is Hope. At the event, the chairperson of the Finnish Society for Game Research, Derek Fewster, will tell a bit about the society's activities and why we are now in Turku. The Finnish Society for Game Research organises the conference in collaboration with the University of Turku and the Centre of Excellence in Game Culture Studies.
